Introduction

A welcome message to the guide
You are Valigard, a blue draik, locked in the dungeons of a castle, trying to escape. You have to fly around avoiding spikes, monsters and cannons. Get as many stars as you can and kill as many monsters you can. Use the arrow keys to fly and walk the platforms. You can slash your enemies with your sword, by using the spacebar.

Who you need to avoid and their difficulty on killing

  • Grarrl, walks around on platforms, easy to kill
  • Korbat, flies around, a little bit harder to kill (you can't slash while flying), when holding the up arrow key to fly, hit up, space bar, up fast to slash while flying
  • Splyke, spins around on platforms, very annoying and hard to kill, i recommand avoiding them
  • Cannon, Shoots cannon balls, you can slash them to get nice points, but they dont stop shooting
  • Lava, red lava hanging under a platform or the ceiling, little lava drops falling of it and kill you, just avoid the lava
  • Spike thing: its like the same as a grarrl, except it looks different and you can't kill them

Score

How to get more points for your score
Get points by collecting stars, getting the "?-boxes", kill monsters and you get a 200 point bonus after beating level 20, you get an extra life after you collect 100 stars

Tactic 1:
Get to level 12 and collect all points and die (around 150-180 points +2 ?-boxes), repeat this until you have 0 or 1 lives left and proceed, if you get there with 5+ lives you collect 150x5=750 points there, and around 750 before, easy 1500 points

Tactic 2:
Get to level 19, enter the secret red door and repeat that level until you re almost dead, you ll have around 1200 if you get here without dying, if you get here with a lot of lives left you might be able to get 3-4k scores

The most important thing is practice(of course), practice killing mosters and avoiding them, and practice avoiding spikes
