Now for what you came for!
1. First, paste your image into PS that you want to use. Click on the wand, and select the white around around the image. Hit DELETE on your keyboard.

2. Your image now should look something like this.

3. Now head over to your layers pallete, and click on the small "F". Go up to stroke.

4. Set your settings like this. You can change "3" to "2" if you like, or larger. Change the colour to the "inside colour" you want.

5. Now, select your image, like as if you copy, and go to copy merged.

6. Click paste. Now, follow steps 2-4 again. After, go to layers>> flatten image, and you're done!
