Tutorial

2. Go to Filter > Sharpen > Sharpen.
3. Go to Layer > Duplicate Layer.
4. Change the blending mode to "Soft Light" (for layer 2; the layer you just created by duplicating).
5. Go to Image > Adjustments > Hue/Saturation.
6. Put your settings to the following. Remember to check off "colourize". You can change the settings to fit your picture. The settings do not have to be what I used in this tutorial.

7. The end!
