Now for what you came for!
1. Paste the image you want to use.
2. Grayscale the image. Image > Mode > Greyscale. After, copy the gray image then click "undo" and paste the grey scale image overtop the orginal image.
3. Turn the Opacity to 50-70%.
4. Now you're done.
