Now for what you came for!
2. Next go Layer>> new>> layer. Hit okay.
3. Now your layers should look like this.
4. Now paste whatever brush you want onto Layer 1. Then go to layer>> Duplicate layer.
5. Now go to filter >> blur >> Gaussian blur. Hit okay.
6. Now go to layers >> flatten image, and you're all done!
