Now for what you came for!
Want to learn how to make that little Icon? It's the icon that saves in you favorites, or it shows up right beside the URL in the Address bar, like NE for NeoExtreme, and the Chia for Neopets

1. You need to start off by downloading and installing the first plugin HERE. It will allow you to save the favicon as an .ico format. Make sure you put it in the Plugins Folder under Photoshop (C:/Program Files/Adobe/Photoshop x.x/Plug-Ins/File Formats)

2. Open a 16x16 pixel document and fill it with a color (or leave it blank) and write some words, with a font or with jsut the pencil tool. Go File>>Save As... and change *.PSD to *.ICO and replace the Untitled Copy to favicon.

3. When you upload it to your server, it MUST be in the home directory, it can't be under a folder. And there you go a favicon for your site.
