Tutorial
Now for what you came for!
1. You can have a background if you want. THIS STEP IS NOT NEEDED!
2. Now paste the font you want. I used "one fell swoop" (which you can get off this site under fonts) and go to stroke. Use C69DC9 as your colour.
3. This is ONLY a step if you're using a background! Turn off your background by clicking the eye next to the layer.
4. Now select your text layer and go to edit>>copy merged (you may have to highlight your layer).
5. Now hit paste. You should have something that looks simular to this.
6. Go over to your layers and delete your text layer. You should now just have layer 1 (and background if you're using it). Now unclick the eye for background (if you're using one).
8. Go over to stroke. Set your settings as the following and your colour to E7CFE9.
9. Go over to Pattern Overlay. Click the pattern you want, and select the blend mode to "overlay" or "soft light".
10. Go to inner glow and set it as the following.
11. Go to drop shadow and set it as the following.
12. Now flattern the layers and save! :)
