Now for what you came for!
1. Save this file to your computer by going Right Click (on your mouse) Save Picture As.

2. Now open the image in PS. Select the image (Ctrl + A), copy the image (Ctrl + C), then delete the image (delete button).

3. Download this brush and install them.

4. Click the History Brush Tool. Now select the large butterfly brush and brush a spot of the image.

5. Now use the other butterfly brush to place them onto the image somewhere. Now add some text and you're done!
