Tutorial
Now for what you came for!
2. Resize, crop, cut, etc. until all the images are the exact same size. All 3 of my images were 143 x 188 (width x height).
3. You'll need to make the background now. To get the right size of how much of the strip you'll need, open a new 500 x 500 image and paste your 3 images in a straight line down with some space between them. Then use the rectangular shape tool to create a decent size over top of them. The colour I used was # cccc9a.
4. If you used the step above, place the brown strip layer below all the images. If you just made a strip, then paste your pictures on. Make sure everything is how you'll want it.
5. Place the brown strip layer on top of everything and set it from Normal to "Colour".
** You may notice the brown strip will just... disappear. This is because it's probably blending into your "Background" layer. Put this layer on invisible by clicking the eye next to the layer. **

6. By using your eraser brushes, erase parts of the side to develop a "grunge" style. I used different brushes, from normal PS brushes to some I downloaded. I tried to remember which ones I used and placed it in a brush for you. Credit is given to those who made them, although I am unaware who at the moment.
7. Add some text and brushes at the end. The blood brushes and butterfly I used were included in the brush set you downloaded.
8. Merge all your layers together by highlighting them all, right clicking and going Merge Layers, or go Layers > Merge Layers.
9. Go to Image > Transform > Rotate. Rotate your image on a side angle. You may need to crop your image into a larger area so you can move it. The settings I used for my rotation are below.
10. After its been turned, go to Filter > Sharpen > Sharpen.
