-- When I was writing this tutorial I was at school with a Mac PC (I know, I know. It wasn't MY fault, the school uses them). Anyways their keyboards are different from windows and I got it backwards. When it says "ALT", use CTRL and visa versa. Sorry for the mix up, I'll fix it one day. :P --

Pen Tool can be complicated when first using. It took me a couple of hours over the summer to completely figure out most of the basics. I've tried to explain step by step the basics and a tutorial on creating a basic shape, so I hope it helps.
