Now for what you came for!
1. Open your image. Make a new layer.
2. Now click on the paintbucket and make sure that it is on Pattern not foreground.
3. Pick ur pattern. It doesn't matter if it's transparent or not.
4. Now paste onto the layer. Change the opacity :P I chose something low XD.
5. Your done! This was my final product.
This was one where I changed the bg and I left me as a striped pattern.
