Now for what you came for!
1. Find an image you want, and by using the 
Rounded Rectangle tool, paste a border around the image.
2. Zoom/magnify by 8x.
3. Use the eraser tool to erase the parts "sticking outside" the border like below.
4. Use the Selection Tool to delete (or you can use the eraser, although selection is easier) any parts around the image like below.
5. Your image should look like below. Do that all around the image. Then you're finished!
